CIP cleaning system is “Cleaning In Place”,means using high temperature and high concentration of detergent to clean without separate or move the devices,put high pressure on equipment,and wash food contact surface,suitable for the cleaning and purification of strict demand production equipment.

CIP Application:

Widely used in beverage, dairy, juice, wine and other food production enterprise with high mechanization level.

 

CIP Cleaning Procedures:

In beverage industry, for example, the cleaning procedure is as follows:

1. wash 3 to 5 minutes,normal temperature or above 60 hot water;Alkaline wash 10-20 minutes, the solution of 1%-2%, 60-80;Intermediate washing 5-10 minutes and use under 60water; 3 to 5 minutes wash at the last.

2. wash 3 to 5 minutes,normal temperature or above 60 hot water;Alkaline wash 10-20 minutes, the solution of 1%-2%, 60-80;Intermediate washing 5-10 minutes and use under 60water;sterilize 10-20 minutes,use above 90 hot water.

Cleaning flow assurance is for controling the fluid velocity, thus make a certain mechanical function, namely, by improving the fluid turbulent to improve impact force to make a great cleaning effect.

CIP Features:
